We are a coalition of local organizations committed to elevating the needs and voice of the homeless population through community education, advocacy and service coordination.

Community Education, Coordination of Services, and Advocacy have long been HSN's three pillars of purpose. With these as our guides, we also hope to work in our community to:

​

Create Better System Access: information sharing among front-line practitioners on the realities of navigating the “system” and understanding how to access it more effectively.

​

Identify Service Gaps: understanding the largest gaps on the front lines that create day-to-day challenges within the homeless services system.

​

Work Toward Solutions: collaborating on a front-line level to create and implement solutions to mitigate gaps and increase system efficacy.
