Community Education, Coordination of Services, and Advocacy have long continued to serve as HSN's three pillars of purpose. As we live out this purpose, HSN plans to garner our energy around three focus areas, all of which are integrated with each other to create synergy:

Creating Better System Access: information sharing among front-line practitioners on the realities of navigating the “system” and understanding how to access it more effectively.

Identifying Gaps: understanding the largest gaps on the front lines that create day-to-day challenges within the homeless services system.

Working Toward Solutions: collaborating on a front-line level to create and implement solutions to mitigate gaps and increase system efficacy.
